Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 3, 2026


1. Services Provided

The Clean Can Squad provides mobile high-pressure cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing services for residential trash, recycling, and green waste bins.


2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide the best service, the customer agrees to the following:

  • Bin Availability: Bins must be empty and placed at the curb or in a pre-arranged, accessible location by 8:00 AM on your scheduled service day.
  • Accessibility: If your bins are behind a gate, it must be unlocked. We will not climb fences or enter garages to retrieve bins.
  • Bin Condition: Bins must be free of hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, paint, oils), animal carcasses, or un-bagged human/pet waste. We reserve the right to refuse service for bins containing these materials.
  • Debris Removal: We do not remove debris from trash bins. For example, if a trash bin contains hardened concrete or dried paint at the bottom, our high-pressure wash might not be able to get 100% of it out without damaging the bin.


3. Scheduling and Missed Service

  • Service Windows: We operate on the day after your neighborhood's scheduled trash pickup. If the waste management company is delayed, we will make every effort to adjust our route accordingly.
  • Missed Bins: If bins are not available or are full of trash when we arrive, we cannot perform the service. In these instances, the service fee will not be refunded, as our truck was dispatched to your location.
  • Weather Policy: In the event of freezing temperatures or other extreme weather conditions, services may be rescheduled to the next available clear day.


4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Billing: Payments are processed at the time of service on a recurring basis for subscription plans.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans (e.g., quarterly or monthly) will renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled service.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.


5. Liability Limits

  • Pre-existing Damage: The Clean Can Squad is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins (e.g., cracked plastic, broken lids, or faulty wheels).
  • Driveway/Property: Our trailers are heavy. While we take every precaution, the customer acknowledges that we are not liable for minor wear and tear on driveways or curbs where the equipment is operated.


6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to cancel service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, repeated lack of bin availability, or non-payment.
